Teglia Romana
Roman Tray Pizza
Light and crunchy, baked in 600 × 400 trays — the signature of the Roman forno.
Ponsonby Central · Auckland
A Roman forno with the soul of Nonna’s kitchen.
Roman pizza by the slice. Pasta al forno. Fritti. Aperitivo. Cut fresh from the tray, weighed, and served hot over the counter.
The Story
Mulleti is a Roman-style forno built around teglia romana, pala romana, fritti and pasta al forno — but the heart of the concept is Nonna’s kitchen.
Nonna represents generosity, comfort, memory, and the feeling of being fed properly. The food should feel abundant, handmade, and emotional — never cold or commercial.
The idea is to bring together the energy of a Roman bakery, the rhythm of aperitivo, and the warmth of a family kitchen, all under one roof.

Think Bonci Pizzarium energy, interpreted through the hands, story and discipline of Enis Baçova.
What Is Mulleti?
Cut fresh from the tray, reheated to crunch, and served over the counter — like Rome found Ponsonby.
Customers choose from the display. We cut the portion, weigh it, and serve it hot and crisp. It should feel fast, casual, generous and premium — all at the same time.

By Enis Baçova

Mulleti is created by Enis Baçova, the pizzaiolo behind Dante’s by Enis Baçova. With Mulleti, Enis brings part forno, part aperitivo counter, part Nonna’s kitchen to Ponsonby Central.
This is not another pizza shop. This is a forno, a counter, a slice, a tray, a crunch, a memory.
